Fidelis Care is pleased to announce a new pilot program for our participating primary care and specialty providers who are delivering care to members of the Essential Plan (EP) and HealthierLife, Fidelis’ Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) for adults with behavioral health conditions most in need. Fidelis Care remains committed to quality and to rewarding participating practitioners who provide excellent care to our members – your patients. The 2018-2019 QIPP seeks to promote performance improvements on a set of integrated measures spanning medical and behavioral health quality drivers. Participating primary care and specialty providers are encouraged to login to Provider Access Online (Fidelis Care’s provider portal) and download: EP - QIPP Program Overview and HARP – QIPP Program Overview for participation requirements and additional information on program measures and quality incentive awards. The QIPP – Additional Value Sets grid is now available for your reference. As a Fidelis Care provider and valued partner in healthcare, we look forward to your participation in this new program.
