IMPORTANT UPDATE! Fidelis Care’s Secure Portals - System Outage

Some Fidelis Care systems will be partially unavailable this weekend. The Secure Portals (Member and Provider Access Online) & IVR system will be unavailable during the time period.

Effective Friday 9/04/2020 from 9pm through Saturday 9/05/2020 at 10pm the portals will be offline for planned system upgrades. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience as we improve our web sites to serve you better.

Important Information on Coverage Decisions

Each day, Fidelis Care's Utilization Management (UM) Department makes decisions on many health insurance claims. These decisions are based only on appropriateness of care and the existence of coverage. 

Fidelis Care does not reward providers or other individuals for issuing denials of coverage, and does not offer financial incentives to UM staff based on decisions that promote underutilization of services.
