Wellcare Fidelis Dual Plus is a health plan for individuals who have Medicare and Medicaid coverage. Enrollment in the program includes Medicare, Medicaid and long-term-care benefits, allowing for better coordination of care for our members.

Our Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP) plan is part of the WellCare by Fidelis Medicare plan suite – and thus, if providers are in-network for Wellcare by Fidelis Medicare, then they are also in-network for our Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP) plan.

Members enrolled in Wellcare Fidelis Dual Plus plans receive individualized support and flexible care planning to help them live in their own homes and communities for as long as possible. This plan is a Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP) plan, which means both Medicaid and Medicare benefits are provided by the same insurance provider.
