Make a Payment

Paying online is a quick and easy way to make a SECURE payment for your monthly Fidelis Care premium. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

There are a variety of payment options, including debit card or electronic banking. You'll need a debit card OR the 9-digit bank routing number and account number of your checking account to use this service. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card.

If you recently enrolled in Child Health Plus, the Essential Plan, or a Metal-Level Product, please select the button below to make your first payment. Have your NY State of Health Confirmation ID ready.

    AutoPay: an Easier Way to Pay Your Monthly Premium

    Log in to your Member Portal account at members.fideliscare.org to set up AutoPay and ensure your payments are always made on time. Setting it up is easy:

    • After logging in to the Member Portal, click the “Make a Payment” button
    • Select the name of your plan
    • Choose the “AutoPay Scheduling” tab, select either the standard or the custom option, and follow the instructions to finish setting up AutoPay. The standard option will automatically pay your balance 5 days before it is due.
