Fidelis Care is pleased to provide information about four age-sensitive patient measures in 2019: Well Child Visit in First 15 Months of Life, Childhood Immunizations, Lead Screening in Children, and Adolescent Immunizations. Please review the member list on the Provider Portal and help ensure your patients receive the appropriate age-sensitive services by their birthday in 2019.
