On Thursday, July 13, Fidelis Care will host another Provider Office Hours session. During this interactive Zoom session, Fidelis Care staff from several different departments will be available to share information, departmental resources and answer your questions.
Drop in any time during the two-hour session to be connected to breakout sessions from the following areas:
- Coverage Renewal and Recertification Support
- Clinical Teams (Appeals, Behavioral Health, Children’s Services, Clinical Services, HARP, Health Home team, Utilization Management )
- Long Term Care Services
- Value Based Payment/Quality Incentives
- Provider Relations
- Claims
Additionally, department-specific resource guides will be shared and navigation of the fideliscare.org site will be provided for those interested. Registration is required by Thursday, July 6. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from ahurley-lynch@fideliscare.org inquiring about the topics you want addressed. Your feedback will allow us to prepare in advance for the session.
