心臟健康資源

所有年齡段的人群都應該重視心臟健康。營養膳食、規律鍛煉、定期就醫,均可幫助您確保心臟健康。與您的醫療保健服務提供者合作,養成良好的生活習慣,降低罹患心臟疾病的風險。


心臟病是指因動脈斑塊在動脈壁累積而導致的疾病。其他疾病包括心律不齊(心律異常)、先天性心力衰竭和心臟瓣膜問題。

您面臨哪些患病風險?

任何人都可能罹患心臟病,包括兒童。您可能患有先天性心臟病,如有心臟病家族史,則您的患病風險也會增加。

大部分心臟病是由吸煙或不健康飲食等不良習慣長期發展導致的結果。高膽固醇、高血壓或糖尿病亦會增加罹患心臟病的風險。與您的醫療保健服務提供者討論預防或管理糖尿病,以及控制其他致病風險的方法。

什麼是良好的靜息心率?

成年人的正常靜息心率為每分鐘60到100次(bpm)。請注意,年齡、體力活動和整體健康狀況等因素都可能影響您的正常靜息心率。

高血壓如何影響心臟健康?

血壓越高,發生心臟病、心臟病發作和中風的風險就越大。可能導致高血壓的因素包括:

  • 糖尿病

  • 不健康的飲食,包括高鹽飲食和飲酒

是。與您的醫療保健服務提供者討論如何安全降低罹患心臟病的風險。您也可以討論制訂目標,保護心臟健康。您的醫療保健服務提供者還可能開具處方藥。

心臟病發作的症狀有哪些?

當流向心臟的血液嚴重減少或發生阻塞時,就會心臟病發作。留心以下症狀:

  • 疲勞
  • 出冷汗
  • 噁心
  • 胸痛
  • 頭暈目眩
  • 呼吸急促
  • 下頜、頸部、手臂、肩膀或背部疼痛

充血性心力衰竭(CHF)是一種慢性疾病,它會使你的心臟更難泵出血液以滿足身體的需要。以下因素可能增加罹患CHF的風險:

  • 不健康飲食
  • 缺乏充分鍛煉

心律失常是由什麼原因引起的?

心律失常是指心跳不規律。以下因素可能導致心律失常:

  • 體育活動
  • 強烈的情緒壓力或焦慮
  • 嘔吐或咳嗽

  • 超頻率或超量飲酒(男性每天限制飲酒2杯,女性每天限制飲酒1杯)

Fidelis Care is notifying providers of key updates to the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Clinical Policy (FC.CP.BH.104) The updated policy includes revisions to medical necessity criteria, treatment planning standards, and utilization management requirements for ABA services. Fidelis Care has also adopted a related policy CP.BH.105 ABA Documentation, outlining documentation standards to support medical necessity review and ongoing authorization requests.   In addition, CMS has released the State Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program Applied Behavior Analysis Toolkit, which is being shared as a reference resource.   Effective 10/1/2026, the following changes, which are outlined in greater depth within the policy attached will apply:

Fidelis Care has updated its 30-Day Readmission Payment Policy which establishes reimbursement guidelines for hospital readmissions occurring within thirty (30) days of discharge. This policy replaces the previous 14-Day Readmission Payment Policy and expands the readmission review period to thirty (30) days following discharge. The updated policy, effective October 1, 2026, outlines circumstances when a readmission may not qualify for separate reimbursement. Certain readmissions may be reviewed to determine whether they meet Fidelis Care’s reimbursement criteria. When applicable, separate payment for the readmission may be denied because the readmission is considered an extension of the initial admission. Providers should review the policy

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) require health plans to provide annual education and training regarding our Special Needs Plan (SNP) Model of Care to providers who treat our SNP members. This applies to our Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) members, who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid, and our Chronic Condition Special Needs Plan (C-SNP) members. As stated in our provider manual, all providers who treat our SNP members, regardless of network participation status, must complete Model of Care (MOC) training annually by Dec. 31.
