Water instead of juice Water keeps your child hydrated without adding any sugar. Fruit juices may seem like a healthy choice, but they can have as much sugar as soda.                         Prep time: 6 minutes Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups oats 1/2 cup walnuts 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips 1/3 cup nut butter or nut butter alternative 1/3 cup honey Directions: Mix oats, walnuts, and mini chocolate chips in a bowl, set aside. In another bowl, mix nut butter and honey. Pour mixture over the oats to combine. Form into one-inch balls and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving.    Want more snack ideas?
