Extended Member Services Hours
To better serve our members, Fidelis Care Member Services Support has extended its hours:

Monday-Friday: 8am - 8pm
Saturdays: 9am - 1pm

Important notice regarding specialty covered prescriptions

Starting now, members may fill specialty drug prescriptions at any pharmacy in Fidelis Care’s network that accepts a payment rate similar to what we pay our specialty pharmacies. If you want to change to another pharmacy, you will need a new prescription from your doctor. However, if you choose to get your specialty drugs as you have been, you don’t have to do anything. Please remember, requests for specialty drugs still have to meet all prior authorization requirements.
