Scheduled Maintenance

Due to scheduled maintenance, our payment portal and IVR payment line will be unavailable during the following time periods:

9:00 PM Friday August 9th through 9:00 AM Saturday August 10th

9:00 PM Saturday August 10th through 9:00 AM Sunday August 11th

You will be able to make a payment between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM on Saturday, and again after 9:00 AM on Sunday.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.  If you are attempting to make an initial premium payment to activate coverage beginning August 1st, you will have until Monday August 12 th at Midnight to make your payment.

Make a Payment

Paying online is a quick and easy way to make a SECURE payment for your monthly Fidelis Care premium. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

You'll need a credit or debit card, OR the 9-digit bank routing number and account number of your checking account to use this service. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card.


New Members

If you recently enrolled in Child Health Plus, the Essential Plan, or a Metal-Level Product, please select the button below to make your first payment. Have your NY State of Health Confirmation ID ready.

    Returning Members

    Pay your premium online using your Member ID. If you are making a payment for another member, have their Member ID ready.


    AutoPay: an Easier Way to Pay Your Monthly Premium

    Log in to your Member Portal account at members.fideliscare.org to set up AutoPay and ensure your payments are always made on time. Setting it up is easy:

    • After logging in to the Member Portal, click the “Make a Payment” button
    • Select the name of your plan
    • Choose the “AutoPay Scheduling” tab, select either the standard or the custom option, and follow the instructions to finish setting up AutoPay. The standard option will automatically pay your balance 5 days before it is due.
