At Fidelis Care, provider feedback is essential to how we improve our programs, processes, and overall experience working with our network. To support more frequent and meaningful collaboration, we’re excited to introduce the Provider Advisory Community—a new online forum designed specifically for providers.
What Is the Provider Advisory Community?
The Provider Advisory Community is a private, online space where participating providers can share insights and perspectives on topics such as:
- Administrative and clinical challenges
- Digital tools and resources
- Opportunities for improvement
- The overall experience working with Fidelis Care
Participants will also get an early look at upcoming initiatives and updates, allowing Fidelis Care to gather feedback and make improvements in near real time.
What Participation Looks Like
Community participation is designed to be flexible and respectful of your time. Activities may include:
- Short surveys
- Quick polls
- Occasional community-based discussions
New activities are typically available weekly and are designed to be simple, relevant, and easy to complete. As an added benefit, providers may be eligible to receive incentive rewards for participating in select activities.
How to Join
Providers interested in participating can register using the link below:

You’re also welcome to share the registration link with staff within your practice who frequently interact with Fidelis Care and would like to participate.
Why Your Voice Matters
Your feedback helps Fidelis Care better understand provider needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and strengthen how we support our provider community. Participation in the Provider Advisory Community gives you a direct voice in shaping future initiatives and enhancements.
