В рамках мероприятия «Национальный месяц здоровья меньшинств» в апреле этого года компания Fidelis Care повышает осведомленность о проблемах неравноправия в медицинском обслуживании, с которыми сталкиваются представители меньшинств. По данным Центров по контролю и профилактике заболеваний (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC), группы меньшинств чаще имеют хронические заболевания, такие как диабет, болезни сердца и ожирение.
