As you may know, WellCare Health Plans is now part of Centene, which operates as Fidelis Care in New York State.
There is no impact to Fidelis Care members and there is nothing for Fidelis Care providers to do related to this transaction.
If you are contracted with WellCare, you should expect to receive a letter from WellCare in the next few days. In addition, please look for updates at provider.wellcare.com or providers.fideliscare.org. If you have any questions related to the transaction, please contact your WellCare Provider Relations Representative or the WellCare Provider Service team at 1-800-288-5441. You may also contact your Fidelis Care Provider Relations Representative.
