Register - SDOH In-Person Sessions Regarding Home Care Cost Report Submissions

The New York State Department of Health (SDOH) invites Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHA), Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSA), and Fiscal Intermediaries (FI), operating in NYS, to register for in-person Home Care Cost Report Outreach Sessions.

The purpose of these outreach sessions is to provide in-person sessions for CHHAs, LHCSAs, and FIs to understand the information required for the Home Care cost report submission and audit processes.  It is essential that people who are responsible for filling out cost reports are in attendance.  Speakers from both the SDOH and KPMG will provide information.

Multiple sessions are being offered from March 4, 2020 through April 1, 2020

The presentation materials will be distributed via email prior to the session.  Please print the materials and bring them, as copies will not be provided during the session.
