My Wellcare Rewards with Wellcare By Fidelis Care

It pays to take care of yourself. We’re excited to offer our Wellcare By Fidelis Care members the My Wellcare Rewards Program — a program that pays you for your healthy choices.

The way it works is simple: Complete an eligible activity and get rewarded with a debit card.

To get started and view the full list of eligible activities* you can be rewarded for completing, follow the below instructions:


How does it work?

  1. Click Login at the top of your screen to log in to your secure Member Online Portal account.
  2. Once in your member account, scroll down to Wellcare Spendables and Rewards and click "View Program Details" to get started.

*Activities and reward amounts may vary by eligibility.

Total rewards and health actions are based on eligibility for certain health actions, which will vary by person. Members may not qualify for all health actions. One reward per health action per year. Dates of service must be in the current plan year.

Health actions that earn rewards are subject to change.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

 

Additional Information

Wellcare is the Medicare brand for Centene Corporation, an HMO, PPO, PFFS, PDP plan with a Medicare contract and is an approved Part D Sponsor. Our D-SNP plans have a contract with the state Medicaid program. Enrollment in our plans depends on contract renewal.

From October 1 to March 31, you can call us 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From April 1 to September 30, you can call us Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A messaging system is used after hours, weekends and on federal holidays.
