Reminder: WellCare MLTC and LTSS members will transition to Fidelis Care MLTC and LTSS programs effective June 1, 2020. They are entitled to a 120-day Transition of Care Period. Please continue to service these members at the level of care you are authorized to provide under your current WellCare authorization. This Transition of Care Period will end September 28, 2020, and at that time, the MLTC and LTSS teams will generate a new authorization on or before September 28, 2020. There is no need to request a provisional authorization, as Fidelis Care authorizations will be auto-generated by an auto-load process to bring authorizations from the WellCare system to the Fidelis Care system. Over the next 1-2 weeks, you will be able to access the Fidelis Care Provider Portal to access authorization information once it is loaded.
