On 11/4/22, Fidelis Care received notice from the Department of Health (DOH) that the utilization management for the CHP line of business should mirror the Medicaid line of business. In compliance with the DOH notice, effective 12/1/22, providers will have 14 calendar days from the date of the request to submit supporting clinical documentation to Fidelis Care. If there is no response or a continued lack of necessary information, Fidelis Care will make a determination based on the information that is available.
