Person Centered Training Opportunities for Social Adult Day Care Providers

The New York State Department of Health offers virtual trainings to Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) stakeholders as part of the Person-Centered Planning Statewide Training Initiative! Management and staff at Social Adult Day Care providers are encouraged to participate in these free virtual training sessions.
The virtual trainings are two-hour, interactive Zoom sessions on six different person-centered topics. Each topic presents a unique set of concepts, skills, ideas, and discussions related to person-centered thinking, planning, and practice. The topics are relevant to management and staff at Social Adult Day Care providers.
