Starting Wednesday, June 28, Fidelis Care will host Provider Office Hours sessions. During the Zoom sessions, Fidelis Care staff from different departments will be available to answer your questions on a variety of topics.
Drop in any time during the two-hour sessions to be connected in private breakout sessions with staff from the following areas:
- Behavioral Health Case Management
- Children’s Services
- Claims
- Health Home
- Long Term Care Services
- Provider Relations
- Quality
- Retention
- Utilization Management
- Value Based Payment
Additionally, department-specific resource guides will be shared and navigation of the fideliscare.org site will be provided for those interested. Registration is required by Wednesday, June 21. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from ahurley-lynch@fideliscare.org inquiring about the topics you want addressed. Your feedback will allow us to prepare in advance for the session.
