Wellcare Fidelis Dual Plus is a Medicaid Advantage Plus and Dual Special Needs Plan for individuals who have, or qualify for, Dual Advantage and receive an eligible score on an assessment conducted by an independent nurse evaluator. Enrollment in the program includes coverage for all of your Medicare and most of your Medicaid services.

• Receive individual attention and care planning to help them remain in their own homes

For those who qualify for both Medicare and partial or full Medicaid coverage, Wellcare Fidelis Dual Access combines and simplifies these two plans into one.

• Transportation services
• $80/month Wellcare Spendables card to use toward the purchase of over-the-counter items, dental, vision, hearing services, and more 
• Very low copays or coinsurance if eligible for partial Medicaid.
