Earlier this year, the Biden Administration announced that the federal Public Health Emergency (PHE) related to the COVID-19 pandemic ended on May 11, 2023. During the PHE, we followed guidance from the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) and instituted temporary waivers for select services. This action ensured that critical care could be quickly delivered to our members during a time of heightened need. Beginning May 12, 2023, these temporary waivers expired, and our members’ Medicare plan benefits are reinstated for the following services:   Service

Fidelis Care would like to inform our providers of new fax numbers being used throughout the organization.  Please begin using the fax numbers listed below immediately. Please note: Fidelis Care is currently in the process of updating all determination letters and other written correspondence to reflect the new fax numbers.  While both fax numbers will work for a short time, we encourage all providers to begin using the fax numbers below, regardless of the fax number listed on the letter/correspondence.   Department Previous Fax Number

Fidelis Care would like to notify our providers that Babylon Health’s telehealth services are no longer available as of August 7, 2023. Due to this change, you may receive new requests for both virtual and in-person services from Fidelis Care members. As always, please verify each member's eligibility, benefits, and referral requirements before rendering care.   We value your continued partnership with Fidelis Care. Providers are required to maintain up-to-date demographic information to ensure efficient and timely processing of claims, accurate provider directory information, and appropriate contact information for communication.  As a reminder to our Fidelis Care providers, please review your demographic information in the Provider Portal on a regular basis to ensure the provider data is accurate.  If you have any questions regarding the Provider Portal, or would like to submit your demographic changes in another format (fax, email, or delegated roster), please contact your Fidelis Care Provider Relations Specialist.  To find your designated representative, please visit Contact Your Designated Provider Relations Specialist.

As your health plan partner, Fidelis Care would like to share critical information about changes underway in Medicaid Managed Care, Essential Plan, Child Health Plus, HARP, and MLTC programs across New York State. New York State and Fidelis Care sent notices in the early spring to its first cohort of Medicaid, Essential Plan, Child Health Plus, HARP, and MLTC enrollees with June 30 coverage end dates, a process that will continue each month until all enrollees have been redetermined.
