Two new behavioral health resources are now available on our website. These new resources were developed to highlight our Behavioral Health services and enhance our efforts around care transitions. Please utilize the Peer/Support Groups and Social Support Resource Guide to assist in the coordination of members’ services by linking them to additional resources in their community. The Behavioral Health Case Management Services Tip Sheet explains the services offered through Fidelis Care’s Case Management Programs, such as linking members to resources in the community and engaging with behavioral and medical providers to coordinate care. We believe that with these additional resources, you will be able to provide enhanced quality health care to our members.
