New Clinical Quality Validation Tool Now Available on Availity

Fidelis Care is pleased to announce that providers now have access the Availity Clinical Quality Validation (CQV) tool designed to help providers close care gaps quickly and accurately. Through the Availity Essentials portal, CQV streamlines documentation and improves quality scores while reducing administrative burden.

 

What is CQV?

Clinical Quality Validation (CQV) is an Availity Essentials application that helps providers:

·         Monitor targeted care gaps/measures for the measurement year.

·         View and respond to payer requests for clinical/medical data.

·         Improve quality scores and reduce administrative burden.

 

Benefits

·         Streamlined workflow for care gap closure.

·         Faster access to clinical data.

·         Enhanced provider experience across multiple markets.

 

Availity-led Training for Providers:

 

A multi-payer live webinar for clinical applications is scheduled for:

·         Wednesday, January 14 - 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM EST

Providers can also access previously recorded sessions by logging onto Availity Essentials and following the instructions below. 

 

Access Instructions for Providers:

·         Log in to Availity Essentials and use this link.

 

Manual Access Option:

1.    Log in to Availity Essentials

2.    Select Help & Training | Get Trained

3.    In the Availity Learning Center, search CNCNY for Centene-specific sessions

4.    Or navigate to Live Learning for all available webinars
