Beginning March 1, 2025, all Fidelis Care providers inquiring about authorization requirements will need to use the Authorization Grids and the Authorization Requirement Lookup Tool available on fideliscare.org.

The following sections of the Fidelis Care authorization grids have been updated effective March 1, 2025.

Fidelis Care will host four Provider Office Hours in February 2025. During the webinar, Fidelis Care staff will be available to share information, provide an overview of provider resources, and answer your questions.

Your annual wellness visit is a yearly appointment with your primary care provider (PCP). During this visit, your PCP will go over your health, review your medications, and talk about any concerns.

Fidelis Care awarded a maternal health grant to The Birthing Place Foundation in the Bronx, NY in recognition of Maternal Health Awareness Day. The grant will support The Birthing Place Foundation’s ongoing efforts in maternal health – particularly to help underserved, lower-income women and their families.
