The Centene Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) is offering free web-based trainings designed to enhance documentation and coding with the upcoming 2023 ICD-10 coding guidelines. This initiative will assist your group for all contracted lines of business - Medicare, Marketplace and Medicaid.

After you have completed the training session, you will have the ability to request a chart review in which the CDI Team will send a list of 20 random members, obtain the 2022 date of service charts and review for documentation/coding deficiencies. Once the review of charts is complete, education on opportunities will be discussed with an option to repeat the process in 6 months. If you do not request to have a sample chart review completed, there is no additional action required after the training has been completed.
