National Healthcare Quality Week

October 15-21, 2023, is National Healthcare Quality Week. This annual observance celebrates all professionals who make important contributions to improve healthcare quality every day.

Fidelis Care's mission aligns with that of National Healthcare Quality Week: to provide quality, affordable health insurance coverage to all. Our quality initiatives are created to enable a healthcare system where services are delivered with dignity and respect.

Quality initiatives at Fidelis Care include:

  • Clinical and preventive care for children and adults, perinatal care, long term care, chronic care including diabetes and HIV/AIDS management, behavioral health care, and assistance with activities of daily living for the elderly
  • A Medication Therapy Management program to help prevent members from taking the wrong medications
  • Case management and personalized health support for members with chronic conditions or complex health needs
  • Member satisfaction surveys to ensure our members are satisfied with the care and services they receive

Quality care is a fundamental part of serving members, providers, and communities. On behalf of Fidelis Care, thank you to all healthcare and quality professionals who are dedicated to the quality of patient outcomes and advancing the field of healthcare.
