Possible signs of breast cancer include:
Finding one of these symptoms does not mean you have breast cancer. These symptoms can also be caused by benign breast conditions. If you are experiencing any of these warning signs, it is important to contact your doctor as soon as possible. Regular screenings (mammograms) are the best way to find breast cancer early, before any symptoms appear.
Fidelis Care members don't need a referral for a screening or mammogram if they are women over 40 with no breast-related symptoms. Check with your imaging center for scheduling guidelines. Fidelis Care recommends keeping your PCP informed about your care.
