Due to an overwhelming response, the registration for the October Provider Office Hours is now closed. Additional Office Hours will be scheduled in the future, and we look forward to your participation!
On Thursday, October 5, Fidelis Care will host another Provider Office Hours. During the interactive Zoom session, Fidelis Care staff from several departments will be available to share information, explain different resources, and answer your questions.

When: Noon-1 PM on Thursday, October 5, 2023

Drop in any time during the one-hour session to be connected in breakout sessions to staff from the following areas:
- Coverage Renewal and Recertification Support
- Utilization Management and Appeals
- Claims
- Provider Relations
Additionally, department-specific resource guides will be shared and navigation of the fideliscare.org site will be provided for those interested. Registration is required by Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
