Attention: 835/ERA Direct Recipients Only.
In an effort to streamline Electronic Remittance Advice (835/ERA) delivery, Fidelis Care is asking our current direct recipients to request delivery through their preferred clearinghouse.
Currently, you have a certificate provided by Fidelis Care, which is being used in an internet browser to download the 835/ERA. When your certificate expires, Fidelis Care will not be creating or renewing any more certificates. Therefore, you will not be able to retrieve your 835/ERA in the web mailbox you currently have. Certificates for some recipients will begin to expire in January 2020.
To ensure there are no gaps in your 835/ERA delivery, please determine when your certificate expires, and then reach out to the clearinghouse of your choice, beforehand, to switch the 835/ERA delivery service.
Please note, Availity and Ability networks are free of charge for Fidelis Care network providers.
• To enroll with Availity, call Availity Client Services at 1-800-AVAILITY (1-800-282-4548)
• To enroll with Ability, call 1-888-499-5465 or visit http://www.mdol.com/fideliscare
