Effective 5/1/2020, Fidelis Care is implementing three new post office (P.O.) boxes for certain provider claims correspondence*. These new P.O. boxes, along with additional processes, will help to improve our receipt and inventory tracking of certain provider correspondence mail for claims processing efficiencies.
Please mail the specific correspondence types below to the new P.O. Boxes according to the member’s product as indicated:
*Excludes: New and corrected claims. Please continue to send these as indicated in our provider manual.
Please share these new mailing addresses with your office and billing staff.
This new method will help us serve you better, enabling our staff to process submissions from any location as appropriate. Fidelis Care will continue to make these investments as part of our commitment to improving interfaces with our providers. We are aware that implementing any type of changes during this time could be perceived as unnecessary strain. It is important to note that post 5/1/2020, if any of the previously mentioned correspondence is received at a legacy Fidelis Care address, we will redirect as necessary.
