IMPORTANT UPDATE! Fidelis Care’s Secure Portals - System Outage

Fidelis Care’s Secure Portals will be experiencing an outage this weekend. The Secure Portals (Member, Provider, Client, Broker, Web Enrollment) will be unavailable during the time period.

Effective Saturday 7/18 from 7am until Sunday 7/19 at 12am (EST), the portals will be offline due to planned maintenance. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience as we improve our web sites to serve you better.

Important Information on Coverage Decisions

Each day, Fidelis Care's Utilization Management (UM) Department makes decisions on many health insurance claims. These decisions are based only on appropriateness of care and the existence of coverage. 

Fidelis Care does not reward providers or other individuals for issuing denials of coverage, and does not offer financial incentives to UM staff based on decisions that promote underutilization of services.
