Now Available on Provider Access Online: Authorization Letters

Fidelis Care is pleased to announce that authorization letters are now available on our Provider Portal, Provider Access Online. In response to user feedback we’ve upgraded the portal to allow Administrators and users with the Clinical Information Viewer role access to the following authorization-related communications materials in the "File Downloads" section:

 

  • Admission Approval Letter
  • Appeal Approved and Out-Of-Network Denied Letter
  • Appeal Decision Letter
  • Appeal Denial Decision Letter
  • Approval Letter
  • Approved Out-Of-Network and Appeal Denial Letter
  • Authorization Approved and Out-Of-Network Denied Letter
  • Authorization Request Extension Letter
  • Denial Letter
  • Exhausted Benefit Denial Letter
  • Partial Appeal Denial Letter
  • Partial Denial letter
  • Reconsideration Request Approval Letter

 

Please note: in order to access these materials, members of your team will need to have the “clinical information viewer” role in their user profile. Roles can be managed in the Provider Portal by users with Administrator access.
