On behalf of National Imaging Associates (NIA)*, Fidelis Care would like to extend an invitation to our providers to participate in an educational webinar regarding recent RadMD enhancements. The webinars will offer a unique opportunity to learn more about the enhancements and how to best utilize the new tools.
All providers that submit authorization requests through NIA via RadMD are encouraged to participate.
Webinar Dates:
- Wednesday June 7, 2023 @ 12:00 p.m. EST or
- Wednesday June 21, 2023 @ 12:00 p.m. EST
RadMD Enhancements to be Discussed:
- Change a rendering provider
- Withdraw an authorization request
- Required documents checklist
- Alternative way to track an authorization
- Shared access
- Initiating appeal requests
- Retrospective authorization requests

* Fidelis Care partners with NIA to provide utilization management for radiation oncology services and non-emergent, radiology outpatient medical specialty solutions procedures for Fidelis Care members with Medicare, Medicaid, and Qualified Health plans. In addition, NIA provides authorization for outpatient rehabilitative and habilitative physical medicine services, including services rendered in the home, for physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OC), and speech therapy (ST) for Medicare and DUAL members.
