For the Wellcare By Fidelis Care plans listed above, members receiving the indicated level of Extra Help have a $0 monthly plan premium. This does not include any Medicare Part B premium you may have to pay.
What Does the $0 Monthly Plan Premium Include?
Wellcare By Fidelis Care's plan premium includes coverage for both medical services and prescription drugs. The plans available to you may depend on where you live. If you are not currently receiving Extra Help, you can find out if you may qualify by contacting:

Medicare: 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227). TTY users can call 1-877-486-2048. Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

New York State: Contact your local State Medical Assistance (Medicaid) office for information about Medicare Savings Programs and help with Medicare costs.

Social Security Administration: 1-800-772-1213. TTY users can call 1-800-325-0778 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If you have questions about your plan, Extra Help, or prescription drug coverage, call Member Services at the number on your member ID card. TTY users can call 711.
Member Services representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m., from April 1 through September 30. From October 1 through March 31, representatives are available Sunday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m., all time zones.
