We know that learning new technology can be tough. Maybe your smartphone feels confusing to use, or it’s hard to find information online.
Don’t worry—you’re not alone. Studies have shown that about 73% of adults aged 65 and older say they need help using new devices. That’s why we partnered with Cyber-Seniors, a nonprofit organization that offers free technical support and training for older adults.
We’re excited to offer live help sessions designed to help you build your digital skills and feel more confident using your health plan benefits and online tools. There are classes on using your Wellcare Spendables® card, and more.
Sessions are available every weekday, so there are plenty of opportunities to join when it works best for you.
