Our New Medicare Member Portal Is Here!

We are excited to announce the new and improved Member Portal for Wellcare By Fidelis Care Medicare members launched Friday, February 27.

You go to the same page to access your Member Portal account, but there is a new link for Wellcare By Fidelis Care members. Look for the blue box to sign in starting February 27. This new link will let you use all-new features.

You’ll still be able to do the things you did before, like access your ID cards online, print them out or order new ones.


So what’s new and improved?

The first thing you’ll likely notice is a cleaner, updated design. That’s more than just for show. The new layout and improved functions allow you to:

  • Find what you’re looking for easier, including what services are covered by your plan.
  • Use secure messaging to get your questions answered. And Live Chat will be coming soon!
  • Access multiple services, like telemedicine, the Nurse Advice Line and your Wellcare Rewards and Spendables.
  • See a running total of your costs, such as deductibles and copays.
  • View your medical and pharmacy claims, and see their status.
  • Find a pharmacy and get estimates on drug costs.

Wellcare is the Medicare brand for Centene Corporation, an HMO, PPO, PFFS, PDP plan with a Medicare contract and is an approved Part D Sponsor. Our D-SNP plans have a contract with the state Medicaid program. Enrollment in our plans depends on contract renewal.

From October 1 to March 31, you can call us 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From April 1 to September 30, you can call us Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A messaging system is used after hours, weekends and on federal holidays.
