The implementation date for the transition of School-Based Health Center Services (SBHC) has been placed on hold. The New York State Department of Health will announce the new implementation date following the enactment of the 2026 fiscal year budget. At this time, no further action is required by health plans and SBHCs until the budget process is concluded and further notice is provided by the Department.
