Medicaid Managed Care offers comprehensive coverage with no copays for covered services and no monthly premium for those who qualify.

• Preventive care, including well visits, immunizations, and preventive screenings
• Dental and vision care
• Prescription and non-prescription drugs 
  (Pharmacy benefits administered by NYRx, the Medicaid Fee-for-Service (FFS) Pharmacy Program.)
• Emergency room and ambulance services
• Hospital and outpatient care
• Behavioral health services

Who can apply for Medicaid?

Children and adults who meet income, resource, age, and/or disability requirements can apply for Medicaid. You can use the 2025 Income Guidelines chart to see if you may qualify.
