Health Plan to Distribute More Than 4,000 Dental Kits for Kids Statewide in Recognition of National Children’s Dental Health Month.

More than 230 students from Big Cross Street Elementary School in Glens Falls (Warren County) participated in fun and engaging activities led by Fidelis Care representatives and local educators.

Starting January 1, New York State started using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to confirm Personal Care Services (PCS) from a Licensed Home Health Care Agency, and Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services (CDPAS) are provided.

To get started, members can call their network provider to ask if they offer telehealth services, and schedule a telehealth visit from the convenience and safety of their home. A directory of network providers is available at fideliscare.org/findadoctor.
