On October 1, 2021, NIA Magellan, a partner of Fidelis Care, will begin managing authorizations requests for radiology services for our members.

This Narrative Summary is designed to provide a plain-language summary of the reasons for the proposed rate adjustment. This Summary will remain posted on our website, for a minimum of 30 calendar days from the date of our letter.

All Essential Plan premiums will be eliminated as of June 1, 2021. Starting June 1, 2021, there is no longer a monthly premium for Essential Plan coverage.

In recognition of National Women’s Checkup Day on Monday, May 10, Fidelis Care is encouraging women of all ages to make their health a priority and schedule an appointment for their annual checkup with their primary care provider.
