Who can apply?

Almost every child in New York State is eligible, regardless of family income or immigration status. Only the monthly premiums vary based on income, and can be free or as low as $9 per month. There are no copays or deductibles. 

When can I enroll my child?

You can enroll in Child Health Plus year-round.

What are the benefits?

In addition to routine and preventive care, benefits include diagnostic testing, treatments, and emergency services. Child Health Plus covers prescription or non-prescription drugs listed in the formulary with no cost-sharing as long as they are ordered by a provider within the Fidelis Care network.
