Once enrolled, members can call our Member Services staff toll free 1-888-FIDELIS (1-888-343-3547), TTY: 711 for help. In addition, Fidelis Care provides an online Member Portal, so members have 24/7 access to information about their plan. They can pay their monthly premium, sign up for paperless billing, enroll in AutoPay, request and print new ID cards, access plan documents, and more.
