Fidelis Care has released new functionality in Provider Access Online (provider portal), which allows a new user to request access to the provider portal directly through their Account Administrator.  

Request access to Provider Access Online to view the following information:

      •    Patient Eligibility / Benefits
      •    Claim Details
      •    Submit Authorizations / Authorization Status
      •    Download Provider-specific Documents
      •    Provider Remittance Advices

      Your Account Administrator will assign the appropriate level of access based on your role.

How do I submit an online request to my Account Administrator for access to Provider Access Online?
Follow the steps below:

Step 1:  A new user opens the web address link to Fidelis Care’s Provider Access Online via this link:   https://providers.fideliscare.org/Login
 

Step 2:  A new user clicks the link:
               “Don’t have an account?  Submit a request for access”.

The new user searches for their Account Administrator by answering the questions and completes the required fields as prompted.  Upon completion of the required fields, an email will be sent to the user’s Account Administrator to request access and setup of a new user account.  The user will be notified by their Account Administrator via email when the new user account has been created and ready for logging in.
