Office Hours

Fidelis Care will host two Provider Office Hours in September 2026. During the webinars, Fidelis Care staff will be available to share information, provide an overview of provider resources, and answer your questions.

Topic: Fidelis Care and Wellcare Quality Programs
When:  Wednesday, September 16th – 10:30AM – 11:30AM EST

  • Quality Provider Web Page
  • Launch of 2026 Fidelis Care Quality Provider Program (QCI)
    • Incentivizing Annual Preventative Visits
  • 2026 RxEffect Bonus Program, Now Live!
  • CoC+ Wave 8 Agendas- Emphasis on Marketplace Submissions
    • Held Agenda reporting statuses review and steps for resolution
  • Path to Adherence- Best Practices to Address No Test/No Results/Out of Range
    • HbA1c

    • KED

 

The Back to Basics session will include:
