Fidelis Care Launches Your Online Community Office

Fidelis Care is focused on the health and safety of our employees and the community during the COVID-19 outbreak. While our community offices are temporarily closed, the Fidelis Care team is sharing video resources to help answer questions about health insurance. 

We want to make it as easy as possible for individuals and families to access important information as it becomes available. Video topics include special enrollment periods, income changes and eligibility, phone enrollments, and proof of identity requirements.
