What you can do on the new app

  • Search for Care: Find healthcare providers that meet your needs, update your primary care provider, and more.
  • See Your Benefits: Check on the benefits and services that are available to you.
  • Use Your Member ID Card: You can view your digital ID card, request a new physical card, or – for added ease – download and save to your mobile wallet!

How to get started

  1. Download the App: Search for “Health Insurance Portal” in the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Select New York: Once you download the app, you’ll see a “State” drop-down menu. Select “New York.”
  3. Log In: You will need a Member Portal account to get started. Use your current Member Portal login or, if you don’t already have one, create a new one.
