New Provider Search Tool for Medicare Members Is Coming
We are making a change to how Wellcare By Fidelis Care members
find doctors, specialists, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers online.
Beginning October 1, you will use the Find a Provider tool on Wellcare.com
instead of the Fidelis Care Find a Doctor tool to search online for in-network
providers and healthcare services.
Once the change is in place, if you go to Find a Doctor, you will be reminded
to go to Find a Provider instead. If you saved or bookmarked the Fidelis Care
Find a Doctor tool, please update your bookmark on October 1 to use Wellcare
Find a Provider
for future searches.
With Find a Provider, You Can:
- Search for doctors, specialists, hospitals, and facilities.
- Find providers based on your plan and location.
- View provider details in one convenient place.
- Locate pharmacies and other healthcare services.
