Renew Your Health Insurance

If you haven't received a notice, or you have questions:

• Call Fidelis Care at 1-866-435-9521, TTY: 711, 8:30 AM - 6 PM Monday through Friday
• Visit one of our Community Offices for an in-person meeting. 

Medicare Advantage members do not have a renewal process each year. However, you can choose to change your Medicare Advantage coverage between October 15 and December 7 (Annual Election Period) for coverage effective on January 1 of the following year. 

If you have Fidelis Care Dual Advantage health coverage, and you are enrolled in the New York State Medicaid Program, you must renew the Medicaid portion of your coverage once per year. You will receive a notice in the mail that will tell you everything you need to know about renewing your coverage.

If you haven't received a notice, or have questions:

• Call or visit your Local Department of Social Services or Human Resources Administration (HRA) Center.

During the annual Open Enrollment period, you can also renew your coverage directly with the NY State of Health. To get started:

1. Visit www.nystateofhealth.ny.gov and click on "Get Started."
2. Follow the instructions to create a NY.Gov ID if you don't already have one.
3. After logging in, you will need to enter your invitation code. This is included in the letter you received (located under step 2 in the instructions).
4. Follow the instructions on the NY State of Health website to finish your renewal.
