As part of New York’s Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) initiative, the NY 1115 Waiver introduced the Social Care Networks (SCN) Program, a transformative model focused on integrating social care into healthcare delivery.

Fidelis Care has partnered with Ophelia to provide free, fully virtual opioid use disorder treatment for all Fidelis Care, Ambetter from Fidelis Care, and Wellcare by Fidelis Care members. Ophelia is available in every county in New York State.

In observance of National Rural Health Day November 21, Fidelis Care has awarded $128,000 in rural health grants to nine community-based organizations. The grants aim to assist organizations that support health and wellness in rural communities across New York, with an emphasis on serving high-need, low-income individuals and their families.

The grants aim to assist organizations that support health and wellness in rural communities across New York, with an emphasis on serving high-need, low-income individuals and their families.

Fidelis Care will host two Provider Office Hours in December 2024. During the webinar, Fidelis Care staff will be available to share information, explain different resources, and answer your questions.
