The dog days of summer is a term used to describe some of the hottest days of the summer with rising temperatures reaching their peak for the season. In this article, Fidelis Care's Medical Director, Steve Materetsky, shares some tips to help your children stay safe during the rest of the summer season.

Roughly 20 million Americans have a condition called Sleep Apnea, which interferes with their ability to get the benefits of restful sleep.  However, approximately 75% of these people may not even know that they have this condition. 

Cancer of the prostate is the second most common cancer in men.  The risk of developing prostate cancer increases with age, especially after the age of 65.  African-American men, and in men with close relatives with prostate cancer have an increased chance of having prostate cancer.
